THESE TERMS OF USE (THE “AGREEMENT”) APPLY TO ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF, AND/OR ANY PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE ON OR THROUGH, THE SITE, AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL ORDERS PLACED NOT ON OUR SITE WHETHER THROUGH A PURCHASE ORDER OR AN INVOICE. THE SITE IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY JOEL PETRON (“JOEL PETRON” OR “LOUISVILLE FINE WOODWORKING" OR “WE”).

LOUISVILLE FINE WOODWORKING WANTS YOU TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. WE ARE METICULOUS ABOUT QUALITY AND LOOK OVER EVERY SINGLE PIECE, AND APPROVE IT BEFORE IT SHIPS OUT. HOWEVER WE DO MAKE EACH AND EVERY ORDER BY HAND, MADE TO ORDER. THAT BEING SAID, WE TREAT EVERY PIECE AS A CUSTOM PIECE. SINCE EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER, AND WE BEGIN SOON AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED, WE RARELY ISSUE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AND VERY RARELY OFFER REFUNDS. ONLY AT OUR DISCRETION WILL WE OFFER ANY FORM OF REFUND, RETURN, OR CREDIT. IF 14 DAYS HAS PASSED FROM RECEIVING OUR PRODUCT THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, OR REFUND. IF WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER, YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, WE WILL REFUND YOU IN FULL MINUS ANY TRANSACTIONS FEES WE INCURRED (SEE TRANSACTION FEES & CREDIT CARDS FEES BELOW). ANY ORDER CANCELATION OR CHANGE TO AN ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS OF BEING PLACED, WILL HAVE A 20% CANCELLATION FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT SENT BACK TO THE BUYER (MINUS TRANSACTION FEES).ANY ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGE TO AN ORDER AFTER 7 DAYS OF BEING PLACED, WILL HAVE A 60% CANCELLATION FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT SENT BACK TO THE BUYER (MINUS TRANSACTION FEES). IF A RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED IT WILL TAKE AN AVERAGE OF 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.


TRANSACTION FEES & CREDIT CARDS FEES

ANY FEES INCURRED AS TRANSACTION FEES, MERCHANT FEES, CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES, BANK FEES, WIRE TRANSFER FEES ETC. WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN REFUNDS. THESE FEES ARE NON-REVERSIBLE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE OR THAT WE SOLD AT A DISCOUNTED RATE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ALL CUSTOM PIECES.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

 ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN "LIKE NEW" CONDITION AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO RETURN OF SHIPMENT. AN ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED, OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY WILL APPLY.
